2. Mini Sites - A portion of someone's web site
   
   
   • http://www.sylvania.com/ballast/cat ( This is their online catalog. It is a little more than a catalog, in that it has some interactivity )
     
     
   • http://www.bose.com ( When you visit their site, their are 4 images with "?" symbols in each. Move your cursor to the "?" and click when it says "go". We did all of the sections to their site except the car stereo one )
   
   
   
3. Spotlights
   These are animated commercials that go on your web site, on a CD, or as a .exe file which can be sent as an email attachment.

4. Performance Support Tools
   These are usually on CD and they are used for training and education. For example, if a firm has 500 products that their salespeople are required to learn and they go to 80 hours of stand-up in-person training per year to learn them all, this is a piece that would eliminate or cut down the amount of class time that they need to have.
   
   
   • Web based Training (This is a WBT module (Web Based Training) It gives you the general idea of a PST (performance support tool ))
