The Nelson Companies

We have a Novell 3.11 file server that has been running with no major issues for over five years. One of our disk drives in the server failed. Computer Breakthrough reacted quickly and gave us options for fixing our server or replacing it.

When we made the decision to get new equipment their entire organization went to work for us. They ordered the equipment over night. They received the equipment into their office and configured the hardware. Since our organization was down, they were able to come out on Sunday to install the server and make sure everything works for Monday when all of our staff comes to work.
